Today, I made Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream by combining this recipe with Betty Crocker’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, reducing the number of egg yolks to 2 and increasing the amount of milk and cream to 400ml.

Put into a container for further freezing…
Delicious Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream. It’s a mite on the sweet side, but I’ll rectify that in the future.
